More Please is a personal chef company led by a small team consisting of a determined chef, and her dedicated friends and family.




Tracey has dedicated her career to working in for inspiring chefs in New York City and Chicago since 2007. While gaining knowledge from every team she's come across, she has an expanding library of experience and technique ready to be used with More Please. She is thankful for her time at Blackbird, Café Boulud, Torrisi Italian Specialties, and those summers flipping burgers on Lake Michigan during culinary school at Kendall College. After returning to the Chicago area in 2015, she is determined to create menus inspired by her clients, executed with passion and precision.
